Hier drie nachten verbleven tijdens ons verblijf in Praag. Gelegen op een perfecte locatie in de bovenstad. Meteen om de hoek de eerste bezienswaardigheden. Men had een aanbieding met gratis parkeren wat goed uitkwam met vier motoren. Nette kamers. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Personeel erg vriendelijk.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful hotel, where nothing is to much trouble. In particular we would like to thank Pavla, who looked after us when we used the restaurant for our breakfast. She was so attentive, and charming, and is a real credit to the team. The hotel is very clean, and all that you would expect from a 5*. It is very well appointed for walking around Prague, and experiencing it's beautiful charm and culinary delights.

Near the Castle but away from the bustle and hustle of the centre which was great. Great service from reception team, bell manager, housekeeping and breakfast service was awesome. Just a step away from tram 22 stop which was super convenient for travelling around Praha.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know about our recent stay at your hotel. We stayed in room 202 from Dec 30th to Jan 7th, 2019. We have just arrived home after our holiday. Our whole experience was wonderful and I wanted to let you know that our visit to your hotel was made exceptional due to the professionalism, helpfulness and warmth of your staff. All went out of their way to ensure that our requests and needs were met and they were so friendly and helpful in all that they did. They really helped to make our stay in Prague a memorable one. We were very pleased with the hotel itself and of the quality of the rooms, public areas, food and facilities. It was our second visit to Prague but our first stay at the Savoy. We plan to return this summer and will definitely return to your hotel. We have already recommended you to friends and family and also online. Well done. We wanted to let you know how happy we were, as we felt your staff (including Petra from the breakfast area) deserved a pat on the back as they were wonderful.

Velká spokojenost.Doporučuji.Perfektní od uvítání na recepci až po fantastickou snídani.Pokoj typ Imperial krásně velký.Vytápěná podlaha v koupelně, župany na pokoji.Snídaně luxusní co se sortimentu a chuti týká.Vejce Benedict nejlepší co jsem jedla.V tomto hotelu se potkalo dobré jídlo, atmosféra a zaměstnanci.Za rok bychom se rádi vrátili .

I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you for an incredible stay at the Hotel Savoy Prague. The spacious room was excellent and very clean. Everyone, from the front desk, bar and breakfast, was very professional, helpful and friendly. I would particularly like to mention Pavla (breakfast). She was so lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fabulous, one of the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

One of the best hotels in Czech Republic I‘ve had a chance to visit. The spirit of Golden Prague with a great amount of luxury, cleanliness and elegance, together with great food, professional staff and tremendous locality, guarantee an unforgettable experience. We would love to come back. It is suitable for all opportuinities – business, romantic, etc. Most of Prague´s greatest sights are just within reach. But what won the show was the personal, individual approach towards the customer. Everything was perfectly ready just after one phonecall. I can only recommend!

We enjoyed the large rooms and decent breakfast. The location is good - close to the castle and a park. The hotel is recently refurbished. The breakfast room with a retractable ceiling is a real treat.

We got a great price on TripAdvisor for this 5-star boutique hotel in Prague. It is in a quiet part of town, within walking distance of Prague Castle and about a 20-minute walk from the Old Town Square. The decor is ornate but tasteful. The front office staff are efficient, especially Babora. The best part of our stay was the fantastic breakfast which was included in the room rate. Paula, in the restaurant, was friendly and provided excellent, personalized service during breakfast.
