Realmente nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue excelente. Sobre todo el servicio y dedicada atención de Pavla en los desayunos. Muy esmerada, amable, sonriente y eficiente, felicidades al hotel por tener empleados como ella. La habitación impecable, limpia y cómoda. Desayunos variados y deliciosos. Recomendamos ampliamente alojarse en el Hotel Savoy.

Stayed here for 4 nights arrived late 11pm no problems quick check in from very pleasant young lady and that time of the night We had booked a junior suite it was well maintained plenty of room 2 chairs a couch writing desks and chair Nice bathroom with plenty of room and great water pressure Breakfast was fantastic plenty for every taste endless coffee This hotel is 5 mins walk from the castle and 2 mins from the tram stop into the town.

One of the best hotels in Czech Republic I‘ve had a chance to visit. The spirit of Golden Prague with a great amount of luxury, cleanliness and elegance, together with  great food, professional staff and tremendous locality, guarantee an unforgettable experience. We would love to come back. It is suitable for all opportuinities – business, romantic, etc. Most of Prague´s greatest sights are just within reach. But what won the show was the personal, individual approach towards the customer. Everything was perfectly ready just after one phonecall. I can only recommend! 

We enjoyed the large rooms and decent breakfast. The location is good - close to the castle and a park. The hotel is recently refurbished. The breakfast room with a retractable ceiling is a real treat.

We got a great price on TripAdvisor for this 5-star boutique hotel in Prague. It is in a quiet part of town, within walking distance of Prague Castle and about a 20-minute walk from the Old Town Square. The decor is ornate but tasteful. The front office staff are efficient, especially Babora. The best part of our stay was the fantastic breakfast which was included in the room rate. Paula, in the restaurant, was friendly and provided excellent, personalized service during breakfast.
